A teoria e a prática comum da engenharia de requisitos, no entanto, são tecnocêntricas e caracterizadas por dificuldade de comunicação. A literatura recente aborda a concepção de sistemas sociotecnológicos, cujas propriedades emergem por meio da colaboração dinâmica entre pessoas e agentes artificiais. Este artigo apresenta um modelo sistêmico sociotecnológico da engenharia de requisitos com base no modelo CESM de Mario Bunge, segundo o qual todo sistema concreto pode ser representado segundo seus componentes, ambiente, estrutura e mecanismo. Entre os componentes, estão os peritos no negócio, profissionais de TIC, agentes artificiais e os objetos da colaboração dinâmica – modelo de domínio e requisitos. O mecanismo é essencialmente um processo de comunicação, com intercâmbio de informações e compartilhamento de conhecimento. &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	O processo de pesquisa qualitativa é orientado ao paradigma do pesquisador no sentido filosófico, para que seja possível alcançar a resposta para a(s) pergunta(s) de pesquisa. Neste processo deve-se identificar questões pertinentes ao pesquisador e ver onde este se encaixa segundo os três paradigmas da pesquisa qualitativa (MERRIAN, 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Estes paradigmas são classificados em uma tipologia descrita por Merrian(2009) apud Carr e Kemmis (1986) e seguem três formas de pesquisa educacional: o Positivismo, Interpretativismo e a Crítica. Neste contexto o positivismo trata do objeto de estudo, fenômeno ou sistema focal; Na pesquisa interpretativista, a educação é considerada um processo onde a escola é uma experiência vivenciada; E o terceiro paradigma o crítico ou teoria feminista, tem como produto de pesquisa uma visão crítica ideológica do poder, privilégios e opressão em áreas da prática educacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Nesta tipologia da pesquisa qualitativa, existem características comuns, independente do paradigma adotado. Pode-se afirmar que a modalidade de pesquisa qualitativa é um conceito "guarda-chuva" o qual cobre vários formas de explicar o significado do fenômeno social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Uma das características comuns da pesquisa qualitativa descrita por Merrian(2009) é que o pesquisador é o instrumento primário de coleta e análise dos dados. Os dados são mediados pelo instrumento humano ao invés de utilizar um artefato, questionário ou computador. Outra característica é que em geral, esta envolve o campo de trabalho onde o pesquisador necessita estar presente para observar o comportamento com suas características naturais. Seguindo o conjunto de características desta modalidade de pesquisa, existe ainda outra propriedade que é o método indutivo amplamente utilizado para construção de abstrações, conceitos, hipóteses ou teorias ao invés de validar teorias existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	&lt;b&gt;PRINCIPAIS TIPOS DA PESQUISA QUALITATIVA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Merrian(2009) afirma que são cinco abordagens mais comuns da pesquisa qualitativa na educação como a pesquisa básica ou genérica, estudo qualitativo, etnografia, fenomenologia, teoria de base e estudo de caso. Todos os tipos descritos compartilham características essenciais como o objetivo de elicitação e compreensão com significado, o pesquisador como intrumento primário na coleta e análise de dados, a abordagem do campo de trabalho, análise indutiva e descobertas descritivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Entre os cinco tipos a pesquisa básica ou estudo qualitativo genérico se refere ao estudo que exemplifica as características da pesquisa qualitativa, buscando descobrir e compreender o fenômeno, processo ou as perspectivas e visões de mundo dos intervenientes. Este tipos de pesquisa qualitativa é elaborado a partir de conceitos, modelos e teorias na psicologia educacional, psicologia do desenvolvimento, psicologia cognitiva e sociologia. Os dados são coletados por meio de entrevistas, observações ou documentos de análise. Em geral o processo de análise dos dados possibilita o reconhecimento de padrões.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Já pesquisa Etnográfica é um tipo de pesquisa qualitativa aplicada por antropologistas para estudar a sociedade humana e a cultura. Enquanto a cultura possui várias definições, em gera,l se refere a crenças, valores e atitudes que estruturam o comportamento dos padrões de um determinado grupo de pessoas. Possui dois significados distintos como um conjunto de métodos para coleta e produção do registro escrito como produto da aplicação do método.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Outro tipo de pesquisa qualitativa o Fenomenológico é uma escola do pensamento filosófico, onde o foco é a essência ou estrutura de uma experiência ou fenômeno. Para isto o pesquisador deve colocar suas crenças sobre o fenômeno temporariamente de lado para não interferir com a visão ou intuição sobre a estrutura do mesmo. Este método requer que o pesquisador investigue diversas intâncias ou exemplos do fenômeno para ganhar o senso geral. Após esta fase observação o pesquisador pode concluir sua análise para interpretar o fenômeno em estudo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	Na teoria de base é considerado que o investigador é o instrumento primário da coleta de dados e assume uma abordagem indutiva para derivar o significado dos dados. O resultado deste tipo de pesquisa qualitativa é a teoria que emerge fundamentada nos dados. É uma teoria substantiva contrapondo a teoria formal. É composta de categorias, propriedades e hipóteses onde as categorias e propriedades são elementos conceituais. As hipóteses são tentativas e derivadas do estudo. Este tipo de pesquisa utiliza uma abordagem de agrupamento dos dados juntos ou em dimensões criando categorias. Como objetivo desta análise busca-se encontrar padrões interrelacionados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;	O estudo de caso é empregado para obter uma compreensão profunda de uma situação e significado do objeto de estudo. O principal foco é o processo e não as saídas, no contexto ao invés de variáveis e descoberta ao invés de confirmação. São descrições intensivas e análises de uma única unidade ou delimitação de sistema. Em geral são formatadas em camadas como conceitos, modelos, e teorias da antropologia, história, sociologia, psicologia e psicologia educacional. São prevalentes nas pesquisas em educação .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;	CONSIDERAÇÕES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span lang="pt-BR"&gt;	Na busca por descobertas e análise de dados qualitativos, o pesquisador deve ter uma grande tolerância para a ambiguidade durante o processo de pesquisa, desde o momento de planejamento do estudo, coleta de dados e análise não existindo modelos prescritivos que devem ser seguidos onde o pesquisador deve estar apto para reconhecer a melhor saída que nem sempre é óbvia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span lang="pt-BR"&gt;	Mesmo o momento de planejamento da pesquisa pode ser um fator de stress para indivíduos “POSITIVISTAS” que preferem um formato pré definido. As decisões devem ser tomadas no momento da escolha da amostra, como os dados serão coletados, e quem e quantos participantes devem ser entrevistados ou observados. Isto torna o processo de pesquisa qualitativa uma aventura que pode ser cheia de descobertas ou uma experiência improdutiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.5cm;" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span lang="pt-BR"&gt;	Como exemplo desta não linearidade e previsibilidade, Shaw(2009), diz que o processo de análise dos dados utilizado no estudo do autor, é caracterizado pelo fato de ter sido iniciado junto com o processo de coleta de dados, tentando fazer um senso do mesmo durante as entrevistas. float: left; cursor: pointer; width: 153px; height: 150px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_0VJjvzyj3is/SeXvlBLk8fI/AAAAAAAAF6Q/17WuUJRqa6U/s320/complexity_ball.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5324925553686671858" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os sistemas complexos são compostos de partes ou subsistemas&lt;br /&gt;com grande número de ligações e interdependências, caracterizados por sua não linearidade, casualidade circular, pequenas mudanças geram efeitos dramáticos, reverberam feedbacks onde o sinal de saída é levado para a entrada, possuem propriedades emergentes e são marcados por sua imprevisibilidade (ERDI, 2009).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na visão de Morin (1977), a complexidade é associada ao conceito de interrelação, organização e emergência. Sob esta ótica, a definição de emergência é caracterizada como o todo sendo maior do que a soma das partes, considerando que o todo tem propriedades que não são presentes nos elementos componentes e surgem sem planejamento prévio. O todo é de forma paradoxal menos do que a soma das partes devidos as coesões sobre as partes que impõe restrições e servidões, assumindo o estado de empobrecimento e enriquecimento de forma concorrente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bar Yam (2009), afirma que o estudo da complexidade sob a abordagem de um framework unificado, surgiu como a última fronteira da interdisciplinaridade uma nova disciplina da ciência. Esta metodologia tem como propósito extrair do sistema complexo seus princípios gerais, os quais podem assumir muitos estados e formas. O autor cita que muitos dos sistemas que nos cercam são sistemas adaptativos complexos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A família como exemplo de um sistema adaptativo complexo de conhecimento geral, tem em sua composição um conjunto de indivíduos que na endoestrutura, relacionam-se  mutuamente com base em mecanismos de cópia e variação gerando novas bifurcações no sistema em nível de micro e macro processos. Esta família é afetada pelo ambiente externo ou sociedade, sendo possível criar uma taxionomia dos tipos de organização familiar (BAR YAM, 2009).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a modelagem de um sistema complexo como o exemplo da família atividade da Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento, descrevese os elementos componentes, suas ligações e a força destes relacionamentos. É requerido ainda identificar suas operações ou formação, diversidade,  ariabilidade e as demandas do ambiente o qual o sistema está sendo observado (BAR YAM, 2009).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Com base nos conceitos abordados, pode-se enunciar a interdisciplinaridade, objeto de estudo da Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento como sendo um reflexo às questões e problemas de natureza complexa. Em seu sentido mais amplo assegura que a realidade consiste essencialmente naquilo que os sentidos podem perceber e que a filosofia fica relegada à segundo plano nas descobertas da ciência, uma característica da disciplinaridade (HUGHES, 1983).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; 	A ontologia positivista ou individualista é sustentada na tese de que um objeto ou qualquer objeto é um indivíduo ou um conjunto dos mesmos. Nesta linha, o todo não é caracterizado ou seja é constituido de partes sem propriedades emergentes e consequentemente é desprovido do conceito de Universo e particularmente das regras (BUNGE, 2009).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; 	Repko (2009), descreve a disciplinaridade como uma ramificação do corpo do conhecimento como a física, química ou história. O mesmo autor afirma ainda que a linha delimitadora entre os campos do conhecimento disciplinar, está submergindo com a emergência da interdisciplinaridade.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="font-style: normal; line-height: 150%;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; 	Já o conceito de interdisciplinaridade, é oriundo do pensamento de uma ciência unificada, conhecimento geral, síntese e integração, defendido por Platão na filosofia como forma de unificação do conhecimento. Para Platão os filósofos eram indivíduos com a capacidade de sintetizar o conhecimento que quando de origem geral, tem propriedades imutáveis e atemporais devido a sua existência independente (KLEIN, 2009).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="line-height: 150%;" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span lang="pt-BR"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;	Possui características comuns com a epistemologia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="pt-BR"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;, como o estudo do conhecimento e tende a ser centrada em problemas e assuntos em que a disciplinaridade não consegue resolver. Sua aplicação nas ciências sociais ocorreu no início dos anos 1920 com o declínio das formas de educação, virando moeda de troca após a segunda guerra mundial (MORAN, 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="western" style="line-height: 150%;" align="justify" lang="pt-BR"&gt; 	Bunge (2003), propõem como alternativa ao holismo e ao individualismo o sistemismo segundo o qual o sistema máximo é o universo. Descreve que os sistemas são caracterizados por suas propriedades emergentes, onde a desvantagem é que não existem: indivíduos isolados, o todo fragmentado e todos os elementos no mesmo nível de organização.
